Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at support@afterninecollection.com.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
