Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached and original garment packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date, and approved items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
We do not accept exchanges.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@afterninecollection.com. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements may be denied or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
